He remarked that our old wood 1955 door may have integrity issues with the pull of the opener arm, and suggested a $25 steel beam be secured to the top of the door to ensure the door's integrity, as we have two rows of windows at the top as well. I was so glad he went the extra mile and suggested that. He was efficient and very personable which I appreciate.
